When in use, the temperature measuring element with good insulation protection is set in the alumina protection tube, and then the open end and the coupling head are glued and sealed together with high temperature cement. When measuring the temperature, insert the sealed end into the temperature measuring area, and avoid rapid cold and rapid heat during use, so as to avoid excessive damage to the protection tube.

The conventional size of thermocouple alumina sheath is from 5mm to 30mm in outer diameter, and the longest length is 1,800mm. It can also be made to 100mm in outer diameter and 2,500mm in length according to requirements.
