Finally, advanced ceramic can be easily and firmly bonded and installed, has good heat resistance, and can run for a long time without aging even at 500-1,000°C. All in all, technical ceramic is an ideal material for the surface of the conveying equipment of electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, cement, chemical industry, machinery and other industries (such as ash, slag powder, tailings, cement, etc.). ● Electrical Application

Electrical insulating ceramics are used in electronic and electrical equipment for installation, fixing, and protection of components. They are used as insulating supports for current-carrying conductors and ceramics for various integrated circuit substrates. The tape casting method is suitable for the production of ultra-thin ceramic sheets. Ceramic plates and sheets made of alumina, zirconia and aluminum nitride can be made by this method. Plates and sheets made of technical ceramics are also very suitable as high temperature resistant components. Alumina, aluminum nitride, boron nitride and silicon nitride are suitable for making electric heating elements, which can make electric heaters have extremely high insulation strength and good oxidation resistance, of which performance only ceramic materials can meet these two requirements at the same time. In addition, the silicon carbide sheet is the best choice as a kiln shelf, which can maintain a very good load-bearing strength in a high temperature environment. In terms of thermal shock performance under high temperature environment, boron nitride sheet and silicon nitride sheet are undoubtedly the best among ceramics. In addition to the above high temperature characteristics, technical ceramics can also show excellent corrosion resistance at high temperatures, will not be easily corroded, and will not contaminate contact objects, so it can be used as setter, sintering plate and firing tray.
