Technical fine ceramics are inorganic non-metallic materials that exhibit a variety of unique properties, including electrical insulation, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to high temperatures and thermal shock. These ceramics offer exceptionally stable complete physical and chemical characteristics, allowing them to retain processing precision for an extended period of time following processing. At the same time, this distinguishes industrial ceramics from metal and biological materials in terms of processing. Due to their superior overall performance, ceramic flat washer or ceramic shoulder washer with plane as the primary working surface are extensively applied in the domains of human livelihood, medical treatment, national defense, and military industries. In applications with less stringent size requirements, ceramic spacer washer or ceramic sleeve washer can be manufactured by direct mold forming, resulting in high production efficiency and cheap cost, making it appropriate for mass production and usage. If the accuracy and roughness requirements are high, the processing quality of the plane must reach the micron level of shape precision and the nanometer level of surface roughness, or even higher levels.
