Product Introduction

Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) is an advanced ceramic with good comprehensive properties. h-BN belongs to the hexagonal crystal system and has a layered structure similar to graphite. BN is mainly prepared by hot pressing and sintering. It is prepared by hot pressing boron nitride powder under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It is necessary to add sintering aids to promote h-BN sintering. It should be noted that generally articles containing impurities are inherently hygroscopic. In the process of rapid heating, the absorbed water will be released, which will damage the boron nitride ceramics and cause crack. By adding some bonding agents can effectively improve this situation.
