AlN Ceramic Substrate

AlN Ceramic Substrate has excellent thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, and reliable insulation performance; in addition, AlN substrate also has excellent mechanical properties, non-toxic, high temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. AlN(Aluminum Nitride) ceramic substrate has a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of silicon. As a new ceramic material, Aluminum Nitride has attracted more and more attention from engineers and researchers. The AlN ceramic plate produced by our company are widely used in communication devices, high-brightness LED, power electronic devices and other industries. (1) High thermal conductivity, 5-10 times that of aluminum oxide ceramics, equivalent to highly toxic beryllium oxide (BeO);

(2) The thermal expansion coefficient (4.3 x 10^-6/℃) matches with the semiconductor silicon material (3.5-4.0 x 10^-6/℃);

(3) Good mechanical properties, higher bending strength than BeO ceramics and close to alumina;

(4) Excellent electrical performance, extremely high insulation resistance and low dielectric loss;

(5) The compatibility of circuit materials is good, muti-layer wiring can be carried out, and high density and miniaturization of the package can be realized;
