Alumina Ceramic Plates are outstanding electrical insulator and can work well up to 1,650 degree C. The material alumina ceramic (Al2O3 ceramic) is one of the most commonly used engineered ceramics. In addition, alumina plate is superior hard and highly corrosion-resistant. In a broad variety of uses, ceramic alumina (Al2O3) plates are used, such as electrical & electronics, wear liners, sintering setters and sensors.

UNIPRETEC provides Al2O3 ceramic plate made of different Al2O3 purities(>90%), including 92% Al2O3, 95% Al2O3, 96% Al2O3 and 99% Al2O3, the most commonly applied grades is 95% and 99%.

A range of production methods, such as dry pressing, CIP, tape casting and injection molding, can be used to make Al2O3 plate. By flat grinding and polishing, laser cutting and a number of other methods, various shapes and high precision can be achieved.

The Al203 ceramic plates fabricated by UNIPRETEC are suitable for metallizing process in order to build a product that, in subsequent operations, is simple to braze with several substances.
