Aluminum Nitride Ceramic Crucible

Aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic crucible is a high-performance refractory container made of high-purity aluminum nitride powder through molding, sintering and precision machining. It combines excellent thermal conductivity, high thermal shock resistance and outstanding electrical insulation properties, widely used in laboratories, semiconductor industry and high-temperature material sintering.

Compared with alumina crucibles, AlN ceramic crucibles feature much higher thermal conductivity, enabling fast and uniform heat transfer during heating. This effectively reduces local temperature difference inside the crucible and avoids sample cracking caused by uneven heating. Its low dielectric constant and high insulation strength make it suitable for high-frequency heating and vacuum sintering environments. In addition, it has good chemical inertness, resisting corrosion by most molten metals and inorganic materials, and will not contaminate test samples.

These crucibles can withstand high temperatures up to 2200℃ in inert atmosphere. Custom sizes and shapes are available according to customer drawings, including cylindrical, rectangular and other special structures. With dense and smooth inner surface, they are easy to clean and reusable under proper operation.
